**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Retention (Hybrid), you will be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. You will handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, accurately resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections. You will also explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshoot basic problems, and seek higher support if needed.

- You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our Premier Service Consultants earn between $16.23 hourly - $17.58 hourly + uncapped commissions monthly if all sale goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at careerzynith offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
