You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and via email. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services * Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment * Work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and via email * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Promote our products and services to customers, including our shipping and business services * Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information * Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions and events * Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
