**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and promoting careerzynith products and services
* Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales

**Physical Requirements:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
* Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on safety and attention to detail
