About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions
Working with our food program and other in-store initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
Key Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to possess:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
A passion for customer service and sales
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail and customer service experience (an asset)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Previous sales associate or cashiering experience
Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
A motivation to advance in your career and grow with careerzynith
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to be able to:
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
