Job Description As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, inquiries, and issues. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and billing issues Provide accurate information about arenaflex's products and services Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly work environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with computers and basic software applications, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
