Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, staying up-to-date on product information and company offerings
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell relevant products or services, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth
Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution


Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in relevant software applications and systems
The ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple customer interactions and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards

Residency in California, with a willingness to comply with relevant state and company regulations
