**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

* An organized desk area

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with careerzynith, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with careerzynith. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
