Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:
Assist customers with their accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and resolving issues in a timely manner
Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise
Assist customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time, achieving Quality Assurance goals, and adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Prior call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
Active listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
Experience with data entry and record-keeping
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
