About the Role
As a customer service representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Answering inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions
Providing exceptional customer service and sales support experiences
Using state-of-the-art contact center software to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
Precisely following call handling instructions in keeping with the instructions provided by our clients to meet quality assurance standards
Handling multimedia customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
Excellent attendance and a proven track record of meeting attendance requirements
At least one year of customer service and support experience (preferably in a call center environment)
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and typing proficiency
A high school diploma or equivalent experience
A reliable cell phone for VPN connection
A quiet, distraction-free home office setting
