* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field
* Knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
* Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
* Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
