We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team and participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely, engage with our customers, and provide valuable feedback on various products and services. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Providing honest and constructive feedback on various products and services
* Engaging with our customers and understanding their needs and preferences
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
* Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below
* No experience required, but the ability to work independently is a must
