Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with reservations, inquiries, and travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat Providing timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to make recommendations and upsell/cross-sell when applicable Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Key Responsibilities In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you'll also be responsible for: Completing data access and balancing tasks Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing Working member cases and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and ability to self-motivate Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
