Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
