**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity with Blithequark**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to: * Collaborate with clients in a considerate, professional, and courteous manner * Resolve issues, reissue and discount traveler tickets, and book, ticket, and affirm flight reservations * Perform traveler registration and front seat tasks, correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades * Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation * Work with jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning travelers, make boarding and takeoff declarations, and convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check, and work entryway peruser/scanner and related obligations * Process and complete charge card stuff exchanges at stands in the ticket counter region and enactment stations * Help travelers with self-administration stand registration and booth stuff handling at ticket counters * Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters, clear/confirm worldwide archives at booth in the ticket counter region and actuation stations * Acknowledge and activate travelers' self-labeled sacks at enactment stations * Help clients requiring extraordinary help or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-mobile travelers, unique help travelers, or potentially unaccompanied minors * Perform client assistance work related with managing provincial flights and worker for hire/ground taking care of arrangements or agreements **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree and relevant professional training * Bilingual language abilities in certain areas * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * The ability to pass FAA criminal history verifications to meet requirements for unescorted access honors to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * The ability to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if necessary * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * Approval to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Training and earlier professional training * Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Frameworks * Past face-to-face customer service experience * Working in a high-speed climate **What You'll Get** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Medical benefits, including health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage, as well as virtual specialist visits and flexible spending accounts * Health programs that provide the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self * A 401(k) program, with manager contributions available after one year * Other great benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the Blithequark Family** At Blithequark, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the world we serve.
