Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from 100 to 150 calls per day, from clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. You will be required to categorize all calls received into predefined categories and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures to ensure seamless customer interactions
Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to resolve client issues and concerns
Utilize modern office practices, procedures, and equipment to efficiently manage customer interactions and data entry tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction


Communication Methods
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will utilize various communication methods to interact with clients and internal stakeholders, including:

Email: Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring prompt and professional communication
Phone: Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Chat: Utilize live chat software to engage with clients and provide real-time support and assistance

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
Able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM), with a typing test administered during the interview process
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 50 mbps download speed)
Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
Personal headset (optional)
