About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Provide support to service providers with questions or concerns regarding work orders and policy matters
Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and service providers as needed
Work collaboratively as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings


Essential Qualifications

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
