About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing top-notch support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing timely and thoughtful solutions to their concerns
Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
Support service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy inquiries
Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical assistance to customers and service providers as needed
Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
