About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner
Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and timely solutions to their concerns
Assist customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
Support service providers with questions or issues related to work orders and policy inquiries
Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers as needed
Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
