As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. * Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
