About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Completing data access and balancing functions
Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
Working on member cases and projects assigned
Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
Processing loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
Logging, reporting, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
Completing daily balancing and department closing
Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
Researching and confirming incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
Communicating with vendors to process fund transfers
Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
Deposit check returns, researching member bad checks on draft changes, processing member checks, confirming members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or GED
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Previous customer/member service experience
Previous banking or Credit Union experience
Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
