Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. Your excellent communication skills, passion for travel, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal fit for this position. As a remote customer service representative, you will be part of the arenaflex team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with passengers is positive, helpful, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Complete data access and balancing tasks
Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing
Work on member cases and projects assigned
Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
Log, report, and make necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
Process Stop Pays and Check Batching
Complete daily balancing and department closing
Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
Deposit check returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A high school diploma or GED
Intermediate Excel and Word skills


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous customer/member service experience
Previous banking or Credit Union experience
Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs
Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills

Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data
Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure
Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department
Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to self-motivate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
