**Job Summary**

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels, handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.

**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
