As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our customers, handling inquiries, reservations, and support efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Performing traveler registration and front seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades * Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation * Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Working entryway peruser/scanner and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items, and leave line models * Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning travelers * Making boarding and takeoff entryway declarations * Conveying domestic/international flight records * Performing traveler service flight close-out methods * Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' items at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process * Performing customer service hands-on training * Processing and completing credit card item exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Helping travelers with self-service stand registration and booth item handling at ticket counters * Line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clearing/confirming international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accepting and activating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or potentially unaccompanied minors * Performing customer assistance work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Having standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements * Answering and assisting during security and emergency situations * Providing interfacing traveler door information * Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's rules * Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines * Completing task-related stages of training * Complying with unofficial laws (e.g. Spot, FAA, TSA) * Utilizing various internal assets/frameworks including during customer interactions * Wearing uniform as required by company policy **What You'll Get** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
