**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Escalating complex problems to senior team members for resolution
* Providing product information and recommendations to customers
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
