**Position Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of careerzynith, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working from home, and you will be required to have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet connectivity.

**Responsibilities**

* Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing product and service information to customers
* Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Meeting or exceeding performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Working from home and being self-sufficient

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient
* High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
* Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues orally and in written form
