**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in every interaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns

* Must reside in California, with a strong preference for those living in the Coachella area
