Key Responsibilities Handle inbound client requests promptly and efficiently, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs and concerns. Provide detailed information about arenaflex's products, services, and policies, including explanations of benefits, coverage, and claims processes. Assist clients with navigating our online portals and tools, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on how to use our systems. Resolve client complaints and issues on a case-by-case basis, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported. Meet or exceed performance objectives for productivity and quality, continuously striving to improve your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others and providing exceptional support. The ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
