Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls, responding to a high volume of inquiries, and providing personalized support to each caller Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner, de-escalating situations when necessary Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Analyze account data, troubleshoot technical issues, and partner with our IT team when needed to resolve complex problems Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide an exceptional customer experience Report to an assigned Supervisor, working closely to achieve performance goals, and participating in regular coaching and feedback sessions Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting performance goals Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems, and the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens Availability to work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia, with a dedicated workspace that meets our system requirements Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, to support our diverse customer base Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success Knowledge of our products and services, including health and beauty, jewelry, home/lifestyle, fashion/accessories, and electronics Experience working in a virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate, and work independently System Requirements To ensure you can provide an exceptional customer experience, you'll need to meet our system requirements, including: A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years A headset compatible with blithequark specifications A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload A dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions Training and Development At blithequark, we're committed to your growth and development.
