You will personalize the experience for each caller, answering incoming calls, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. System Requirements To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following system requirements: Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed.
