Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively. You should have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also essential, as is the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
