Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
