**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide accurate and timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Assess customers' needs and provide accurate and timely solutions to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
* Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experience and revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English, Spanish, French)
