**Job Summary**

As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the face of our company, and your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products or services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
