**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior experience in a call center environment or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in multiple computer applications, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
