**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and other key performance indicators
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith products and services to customers
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
* Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns and questions
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
