**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with a focus on providing excellent customer care and resolving issues efficiently
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records and improve future interactions
* Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently
* Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline to meet goals and deadlines
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
