**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Experience with customer feedback and complaint resolution
