**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for answering customer calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
* Utilize excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with careerzynith standards

* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products or services as needed, while maintaining a customer-centric approach

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets
