As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Upselling and cross-selling opportunities, where applicable.
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that all customers receive the support they require.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
* Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
* Must reside in California.
