**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries efficiently. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve their problems. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Upsell products and services as needed
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused approach to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
