**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is informative, empathetic, and resolves the customer's issue promptly. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and concise product information, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers' inquiries
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to careerzynith standards
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer satisfaction targets
* Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
