**Job Description**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
* Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide personalized support
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
