**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused approach
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's high standards
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products or services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging careerzynith's resources and expertise to deliver exceptional results
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
* Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
