**Job Summary**

* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products and services as needed, ensuring customers are aware of available options and benefits
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner

* Must reside in California, with a valid address and ability to work remotely
