**Key Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* **Upselling and Scheduling**: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.
* **Active Listening and Communication**: Listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns to ensure that customers feel heard and supported.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **Previous Experience in Customer Support**: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
