**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be responsible for providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilize arenaflex's customer service procedures and policies to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
* Must reside in California
