About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Previous customer service experience : Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, is required.
