Our mission is to deliver unbeatable value and outstanding service to our members and communities. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving their concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner. You will be the first point of contact for members regarding membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look-up, and pick-ups.
