As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a vibrant community that values creativity, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality * Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals * Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes * Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs **Key Responsibilities** * Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience * Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies * Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes * Able to up-sell if needed * Able to schedule call back and appointments to resolve customer needs **Requirements and Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field * Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms * Basic computer skills and experience * Able to multitask * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns * Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution * MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA **Benefits** * Health Insurance (dental and vision included) * Excellent retirement plan * Tremendous upward mobility into other positions and management * Flexible hours * Remote Position(s) available (work from home) **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
