Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns efficiently. Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our support services. Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and experience. Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently. Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction. Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions. MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Knowledge of industry-specific products or services. Fluency in multiple languages.
